Dublin PRIDE flag raising

City of Dublin, CA - Government raised the Progress Pride flag for the eighth year in a row! There was a moment of reflection of the time when the flag raising was a challenge in the City, and a moment of collective relief for where we are right now.

Thank you to the City council members for the continued support and space for all voices!

Rewire showed up once again…for “allyship is a verb!”

Ek Pyaali Chai

𝑬𝒌 𝑷𝒚𝒂𝒂𝒍𝒊 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊- 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐞𝐚 was a production born in the middle of our community—in our living rooms, WhatsApp chats, through discussions and shared debates. We are not professional theater folks, so this was a labor of love built with and for our community.

Our thank yous are unlimited because the work of gender justice is not done in silos. Thank you to the cast, crew, volunteers, and everyone who showed up in so many ways to make this possible.

Shoutout to Sangita Biswas LMFT, Mugdha Kulkarni, Narika, and PFLAG SRV for your guidance and support. We also thank our Community Sponsors, Dr. Bigman Orthodontics and Supervisor Anderson’s office, for trusting the integrity of our message and work.

Together, we continue building dialogue and action toward violence- and prejudice-free communities. Through this journey, we were also able to raise $3K from ticket sales, 100% of which will go into our survivor relief work.

To new and old stories, friendships, and learnings…we hope we created waves of change!
